Abstract

NEVY INDAH GHINESTRI. Review of the Application of Outpatient Electronic Medical Records at Regional Special Hospital Duren Sawit. Scientific Writing, Program D- III Medical Recorder Academy and Health Information Bhumi Husada Jakarta, 2022. 103 Pages, 3 Tables, 27 Pictures, 4 Attachments. This research was conducted to identify SPO (Standard Operating Procedures) for the implementation of outpatient electronic medical records, identify the implementation process, security and confidentiality, implementation level, and obstacles to implementing outpatient electronic medical records at RSKD Duren Sawit. The research method that will be carried out with descriptive methods is qualitative analysis with the aim of obtaining information to see the direct conditions that occur in the field. The method of data collection was done by direct observation using a checklist and interviews with respondents using interview guidelines and informed consent interviews. The results of this study indicate that RSKD Duren Sawit does not yet have an SOP for the implementation of outpatient electronic medical records, the process of applying it is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method, to maintain the security and confidentiality of the information unit of RSKD Duren Sawit providing different user id and password, level the implementation of outpatient medical records at RSKD Duren Sawit entered the 3rd level, and obstacles were found, namely network system disturbances which resulted in hampered patient care.
