Abstract
RIRIN SRI LESTARI. Analysis of Time for Provisions Outpatient Medical Records at Setia Mitra Hospital, South Jakarta, Scientific Writing, Jakarta Bhumi Husada, D-III Program of the Academy of Medical Records Health Information, 2021. 44 Pages, 5 tables, and 9 attachment. Provision of medical record files must be able to support health services, especially quality outpatient services. The time for provision medical record documents starts from when the put registering until the medical record documents are provided by officers with a minimum service standard of service ≤10 minutes. The purpose of this study was to determine the time decriptions of the supply of medical records documents at Setia Mitra Hospital . The research design used is quantitative descriptive, namely by obtaining research information based on interviews and observations. The population in this study were 3703 medical record documents with a total sample 98 documents medical records. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The results showed that the frequency distribution of outpatient medical record documents was 98 medical records. The average time required to provisions medical records for outpatients is 11 minutes.
